The Depot Offices and Restaurant was an addition and alteration project that combined three, old England Brothers Warehouse buildings. The site is in the downtown Pittsfield urban renewal area on the rear elevation of the west side of North Street. The overall project included approximately 34,000 SF of space that encompassed a new elevator tower, stair tower, and dining room addition on the west elevation. A fourth floor was also added on top of two of the older warehouses. All mechanical and electrical systems, windows, and finishes in the facility are new. The exterior of the project was finished with an exterior insulating system that visually joined the three different structures and allowed the interior common brick walls to be cleaned and left exposed
